At La Barraca Toni Montoliu, we cook the most traditional dishes with 100% Valencian land products. The star of our kitchen is the rabbit and chicken paella, made over a wood fire from orange trees, just as it has always been done. Because at Toni's house, all the products are fresh, of the highest quality, and locally sourced. That's why at La Barraca Toni Montoliu, we cook according to the season, often using organic products from Toni's Huerta. At La Barraca Toni Montoliu, the customer is a guest in our home, and both the cooking and the service are warm and personal.

  • Valencian Paella cooked with wood-fire, with rice from El Palmar, extra virgin olive oil from the Sierra d'Espadà, free-range chicken, rabbit, duck, ferradura, garrofó from La Cella Negra, tomato, sweet paprika, snails, saffron.

  • Roasted pumpkin, Valencian orange with honey, seasonal fruit
